Reset Password

You can reset a forgotten password by using the Reset Password button on the login page at app.mitrail.com.

1. You can change your forgotten password on app.mitrail.com by clicking Reset Password
2. You will receive a new temporary password to the email address used for your username
3. Use the temporary password from your email to log in, and the system will prompt you to set up a new password

Tips:

• Users need to create a new password. Old passwords will not be accepted when resetting your account password.
• It may take up to 15 minutes for you to receive your password reset email depending on your email service provider.
• If you need any assistance please reach out to support@mitrail.com using the same email address you log in with. We are unable to reset passwords by phone.
