Click the three-dots icon to access the options menu for each asset, and select "Asset Details" then select "Alerts" from the menu bar at the top of the new screen. Add your email and save!
Get Notified When Your Asset Needs You!
Having your finger on the pulse of your assets is easy with the Asset Alerts! This guide will show you how to set up custom notifications for all your important events.
Here's the scoop:
- Tap the three dots (...) next to your chosen asset.
- Select "Asset Details" and then "Alerts" from the top menu.
- Select the Alerts you want emailed to you, and click Save! Your preferences will be sent to your device (may take about 20 minutes).
Now you're in control!
- Stay on top of battery levels: Add email addresses to receive alerts when your device's battery is running low.
- Know when your asset is on the move: Get notified when your device is powered on, the ignition is turned on, or it's connected/disconnected from external power.
- Monitor for unusual activity: Receive alerts for things like hard braking, rapid acceleration, or if your device stops reporting altogether.
- Set custom speed limits: Define a speed threshold and get notified if your asset goes above it. You can even choose to be alerted when your vehicle exceeds the posted speed limit! (Remember to always follow traffic laws!)
