      Asset Anti Theft Subscription plan

      Each unit is required one subscription to begin tracking. Our Anti Theft plan is $11.95/month.

      Instructions: 

      1. You can change your subscription by accessing the Profile in miTrail.
      2. From here, you can navigate to the payment and devices tab.
      3. Look at your devices under subscriptions, press the 3 vertical dots and "change subscription."

      Tips:

      1. Anti Theft plan is $11.95/ month 
      2. A user must add a payment method before selecting a plan 
      3. The Anti Theft plan is recommended only when using the device for the purpose of being alerted of a theft.
      4. This is an active plan designed to keep a longer battery life due to units that are not in use all the time. 
      5. You will only receive alerts once a day, and they will notify you of any breach of the user-created geofence.
      6. If the vehicle is stolen, you can request "Recovery mode" to actively track this device in 60-second intervals for a total of 4 hours.
