Finding Your Focus: Focus Asset & Asset Details

  • Focus Asset: Zoom in on a specific tracker with a single click! Perfect for quickly finding a tracker in a crowded view.
  • Asset Details: This is your one-stop shop for all things related to your tracker. See details like activity, last location, and even edit information like the asset name (more on that later).

Exploring Your Trips:

  • Trips: Want to see your recent trips without creating a full report? This feature lets you view them in a snap. You can even classify them as business or personal trips for better organization.

Fine-Tuning Your Notifications (Asset Details > Settings)

  • Head to "Asset Details" and then "Settings" to set up custom alerts for your tracker.
  • Choose what you want to be notified about, like low battery, ignition on, or speeding events.
  • Simply enter the email address(es) where you want to receive alerts and save your changes. Note: It can take up to 20 minutes for these updates to reach your device.

  • Battery Low: Get an alert when your tracker's battery is running low.
  • Device Powered On/Off: Receive alerts when your device is powered on or off.
  • Ignition On/Off: Stay informed when your vehicle's ignition is turned on or off.
  • External Power Events: Get notified when your device is connected or disconnected from external power.
  • Device Not Reporting: Don't be left in the dark – receive an alert if your tracker stops sending reports.
  • Speeding: Set up alerts for exceeding a certain speed limit. Remember to define the speed threshold!
  • Fast Starts & Hard Braking: Get notified about instances of rapid acceleration or deceleration for improved driver safety monitoring.
  • Trip Reports: Want an alert every time a trip is completed? This setting lets you do just that. Define the minimum trip duration to avoid notifications for short errands.
  • Posted Speed Alerts: Receive alerts when your vehicle is exceeding the posted speed limit. Set the allowed grace period over the limit to avoid constant notifications.

Editing Your Asset Information (Asset Details > Edit)

  • Need to update your asset name, VIN, or other details? Head to "Asset Details" and then "Edit" to make your changes.

  • Odometer/Engine Hours: View the current readings and set them to the actual values for your vehicle if needed.
  • Alerts: Set up alerts for maintenance based on distance, time, or a specific date. Define the interval and threshold for each alert.
  • Maintenance Logs: Keep a detailed history of your vehicle's maintenance by logging the date, hours, description of the event, and cost.
  • Fuel Logs: Track your fuel usage by logging the odometer reading, trip odometer, liters filled, price per liter, and total cost.
