Does miTrail work in the US?

Yes - you can request roaming be turned on for miTrail devices being used temporarily in the US.

Please contact support to activate roaming before travelling outside of the Canadian coverage zone. Roaming in the continental US is available with a surcharge of $2 per month (does not prorate). 


miTrail devices can roam in the US, once activated by our support team.  Depending on the sim in your device, you will have either Verizon or AT&T coverage on the Cat-M network. You can use the below links to review coverage and search the coverage in your planned area of travel. Our support team will let you know which carrier sim is in your device at the time of roaming request.
