To cancel a unit just go into profile, select payment and devices, look under monthly subscriptions for assets and cancel.

How to remove a unit in your account:
- Please send us an email at support@miTrail.com and provide the IMEI/ESN of the device you would like removed
Should I cancel or Hibernate my device?
- Hibernation is essentially pausing your unit for up to 5 months out of the year for a charge of $3.95/month.
- Cancelling is no charge, however, when you decide to reactivate this unit, you will be charged a reactivation fee of $30.
