Hibernation Subscription Plan

You can change your subscription by going through the profile and selecting the "payment and devices" tab where you can "Change your subscription."


  1. You can change your subscription by accessing the Profile in miTrail.
  2. From here, you can navigate to the payment and devices tab.
  3. Look at your devices under subscriptions, press the 3 vertical dots and "change subscription."


  1. Hibernation Plan: $3.95/ month.
  2. The hibernation plan is meant to place a unit on pause; can only hibernate a unit for up to 5 months out of the year.
  3. Users must add a payment method before choosing a plan.
