You can change your subscription by going through the profile and selecting the "payment and devices" tab where you can "Change your subscription."
Instructions:
- You can change your subscription by accessing the Profile in miTrail.
- From here, you can navigate to the payment and devices tab.
- Look at your devices under subscriptions, press the 3 vertical dots and "change subscription."
Tips:
- Hibernation Plan: $3.95/ month.
- The hibernation plan is meant to place a unit on pause; can only hibernate a unit for up to 5 months out of the year.
- Users must add a payment method before choosing a plan.
