Motion Start: The MPT- 5210 device is a rechargeable and portable GPS tracker. It has an internal accelerometer that will detect any motion and start tracking as per the plan you have selected.
Motion Stop: Once the device has detected no motion for four consecutive minutes, it will determine the motion has stopped and then go to sleep until its next interval (every 24 hours) or the next motion start is detected.
Tip : To maximize battery life and avoid 'false' motion alerts, make sure the device is stored in a location where it will not be bumped or jolted.
