How to Cancel a Device Subcription 

1.Select your User Profile

  • Select your user profile name, or icon in the bottom left corner.

2. Navigate to Payment & Devices:

  • Click on the "Payment & Devices" tab located in the top navigation bar.

3A. Select the Device Menu:

  • In the three dot menu, you'll find a "Cancel" option.
  • Click on this button to initiate the cancellation process.

3B. Confirm Cancellation:

  • This will cancel the individual device.


How to Cancel all miTrail Subscriptions in Account

This is the prerequisite for account deletion.
